Jeffrey Weiss chef at Jeninni Kitchen + Wine Bar in Pacific Grove, California will be the guest chef at the James Beard House on June 27th with a menu entitled Charcutería: The Soul of Spain. He will be featuring Monterey Farms ArtiHearts for the hors d’oeuvres portion of the dinner: Artichokes al Judeo with Peekytoe Crab Aïoli….yum!
