Harper’s Bazaar posted an article in August of 2014, “10 Slimming Foods to Eat Everyday”, and the number one food is Artichokes! According to Harpers, “artichokes contain prebiotics. Research shows that prebiotics support weight lose by helping you feel more satisfied, making you less likely to reach for junk food”.
